“Miracle, Mystery, and Authority”: A Poem by Santi Tafarella

A brown robed

friar

among mission

flowers.

A child spins

before him.

Sun-gleaming,

dizzying the

motion.

Will the heavens

never stop

in their orbits

and explosions?
