Why is Obama being such a crybaby? He’s running for President – did he really think it was going to be a rose-petal waltz to the White House? If he can’t take a little heat on the campaign trail, how is he going to face Putin?

    oh, puleeze.

    obama isn’t whining.

and letting crowds shout out words like “terrorist” and “traitor” at rallies generates mob psychology—and an atmosphere for violence.

republicans are increasingly becoming associated with anti-intellectualism, authoritarianism, and thuggery.

if mccain can’t win on the issues, he shouldn’t win.

and republicans need to learn basic manners. treating obama with simple decency and civility is important because if obama wins, he will be the first african american president.

and there’s something about that historic moment that all americans ought to be proud of, regardless of party.

obama is a tangible embodiment of the country’s progress against racism, but if republicans lose their minds over obama’s election—and grossly distort his record, and demonize him—then it will appear racist.
