When I watch this I think of John Keats’s famous lines from “Ode on a Grecian Urn”:
Beauty is truth, truth beauty,—that is all
Ye know on earth, and all ye need to know.
The future is an ephemera. What you have is now. Find and follow the present beauty in each moment. And while you still have them, you might consider moving your body and mind more. I’m speaking to myself as well as to you.
