Are the Following Verses in the Quran?

Nope. They’re in the Bible (Deuteronomy 22:20-21, KJV):

20 But if this thing be true, and the tokens of virginity be not found for the damsel:

21 Then they shall bring out the damsel to the door of her father’s house, and the men of her city shall stone her with stones that she die: because she hath wrought folly in Israel, to play the whore in her father’s house: so shalt thou put evil away from among you.

In other words, if a man finds his bride not to be a virgin on their wedding night, he is to bring her out to be stoned by the community of men.

Isn’t that lovely?

And notice that the passage offers no leniency for extenuating circumstances. The girl, for example, may have been sexually molested and raped in her own household by brothers or her father (or both).

No matter. She’s damaged goods, a “whore.” Stone her.

If one is looking for evidence that the Bible is the product of men and not the revelation of a transcendent and good being, one need look no further.

And here’s something to wonder about: why are so many Republican Party members obsessed with regulating gays, but not unmarried non-virgins? Might it be that unmarried non-virgins are too numerous in the population to cross?

“I’m single, I fuck, and I vote.”
