Got it? We don’t know whether, exactly, Kim Jong-il, the Dear Cult Leader of North Korea, is even particularly sane or amenable to reason (or our carrots and sticks).
And he’s got a bomb.
Below is what a psychopathic and mentally deteriorating cult leader looks and sounds like. Imagine Jim Jones with a bomb. That’s where the world may be at with Kim Jong-Il.
